Booking Conditions
- The maximum number of people cannot exceed four in the condominium.
- 50% of the Total Rental shall be deposited when contract is signed.
- Security deposit is required as a guaranty to cover the telephone use as well as any assets of the property that may be damaged by the stay of the guest. This deposit will be returned once the miscellaneous charges are covered.
- Balance shall be deposited 30 days prior the arrival’s date.
- There is a non-refundable policy in case of cancellation or delay in entrance.
